Frequently Asked Questions
Why Only São Paulo — Why Not Rio or Other Cities?
We know that some concierges send clients all over the world, but we wouldn't be comfortable sending our clients to some city where we're not "on the ground." São Paulo is also Brazil’s safest major city for medical tourists, and has the highest concentration of JCI-accredited hospitals and world-class clinics. Bringing you to Sao Paulo means we know the hospitals, clinics, and our support staff personally, allowing to provide the best support.
